What do you think about e-Sports?
I first encountered the word E-sports and my view stayed the same. It's about competition, it demands talent, definitely. I've never seen chess called a sport or poker featured on ESPN.
They're not really into e-sports, but everyone can see their own way of looking at it. They require a lot of talent and competition, much like weightlifting. It demands significant physical strength but not a high level of skill (though I’m sure that’s not my intention). Ultimately, it depends on personal perspective.

If we treat sports strictly, track and field would be the real deal. The rest—American football, basketball, soccer, ice hockey, etc.—would be similar to ball-and-stick games or team sports.
Pool, snooker, chess – all forms of sport. I believe talented individuals can profit from their passions. Calling it foolish takes away from their opportunities. Of course, most will remain casual, but seeing the industry expand is encouraging.
