I tested it and it started up at 3733 too. I adjusted the FCLK frequency to 1800, assuming the second XMP profile is 3600 cl17 as stated.

Review the timing settings; if it's CL39 then it should work, but why isn't it 3600? Look at the CPU-Z profiles and see what XMP-2 supports.

Yes, you can set them manually. The timings you specify—17 and 2:21—likely correspond to the clock settings for the Hyper X page. Check the exact labels on the panel or the manual to confirm if they map to TCL, TCR, or another standard. Adjust accordingly based on your device’s requirements.

You might want to adjust them to the advertised times. Also review the spd tab on the cpu-z. Yes, it confirms 3600 cl16 for the second xmp profile. Edited August 19, 2020 by TofuHaroto
