You're experiencing an issue where your XMP profiles aren't applying correctly. The system shows both profiles as 3733, but when you boot into the first profile, it's running at 2400 MHz instead of the expected 3600 MHz. This mismatch likely causes the performance problems. Check if the BIOS settings match the correct memory speed and profile configuration.

Which processor are you using? Not every Ryzen chip supports this exact configuration.

Use CPU-Z or hwinfo to view the exact details. The SPD tab on CPU-Z displays specific information about the processor, such as model, speed, and features.

I use cpu-z and I can confirm from the Hyper X page that it mentions this feature.

It shows 1200, confirming it's operating at 2400. You might want to reset the CMOS, adjust the FCLK to 1866 (if possible), and turn on XMP settings.

this model is utilizing the same RAM configuration, yet it should have had two XMP profiles, but only one showed up in the BIOS.
