If the situation resembles Haswell, test 1.15V to 1.35V and observe the results. Excessive levels can affect stability just like too little. There might also be a VCCIO voltage present; it could require a modest boost similar to VCCSA, though typically less, according to my experience with Haswell...

You've already turned off MRC Fast boot, which is a positive step. VTT DDR could be worth experimenting with. You're handling the adjustments on your own, figuring out how much and in what direction to change things. I've learned that using a significantly higher DRAM voltage can help if you keep it below the standard 50%. Tweaking RTL and IO-L might improve latency, though it often causes me a lot of headaches trying to set those values correctly. You might want to adjust the round trip IO compensation setting by one unit at a time to observe any improvements in RTL performance.

It seems like the display shows static voltage values, likely around half of the expected output. This could be related to a multiplier function or scaling factor applied during measurement.

It shows the value and is configured as a voltage. However, the initial configuration adjusts it to half of the DRAM voltage value.

Avoid adjusting unrelated settings like pch volts or xclk. CPU VTT doesn’t affect RAM OC.

PCH acts as the central hub for platform control and isn't involved in RAM OC because the memory controller resides on the CPU. The xclk appears unrelated to RAM OC configuration, though its purpose isn't clear. I'm uncertain about CPU VTT.

Adjustments aren't needed, 1.35vcore should sit near the high end of daily voltage. You'll notice they're very hot.
