In the beginning - My games - Click the game icon with the right-click and choose "repair game"

It seems I need to wait until Origin completes the download of all DLCs (after purchasing the premium) so I can fix the game and check for updates. I’ll also repair the HDD, run a diagnostic to find any errors (a suggestion from a friend), and let you know how things will work once the repair or reinstall is done.

I don’t know of any specific place in CA for sending your PC and paying others to fix it. You might want to look into local repair shops or online services that specialize in PC setup and troubleshooting.

Don't go that route—it's really risky. You might end up falling for a scam. If a full reinstall doesn't fix the problem, consider a complete Windows reset. Bf4 tends to be sensitive about system settings due to its known issues.

Don't stress, I'm here to assist. You can save all your game data—look in your origin games folder—for an external drive or a partition you won’t format during reinstallation. When Origin starts the download, pause it right away, move the backup folder over the new one, let Windows copy any files that might have downloaded quickly, stop the download, restart it, and it should finish at 100%. I did this when I transferred BF3 from my SSD to the HDD since I wasn’t playing much anymore.

Adjust the pagefile to use Windows-managed size. This resolved the issue.
