As I recall, there is an optimum range at which the arrow goes to the crosshair. If you are closer, it goes higher, and if you are farther, it goes lower. Just a game mechanics design compromise faced by plotting an arc path along an aimed straight line, I guess.
It seems the video shows the Xbox title, but the situation inside your game isn't what it appears to be.
Look at the animation or skeleton mod in action. Examine any potential causes on the nexus page and check if there are solutions available. If not, download a mod that lets you adjust arrow placement—search online for "skyrim Arrow Gameplay Overhaul" and you should find the version I’m using.
I noticed something might be going wrong. There are three options: a kill cam mod, an XP32 version, or a mod that shows your character in first person from below.
It was either the XP32 or the joy of perspective that mattered.
The book mentioned a similar approach, and it seems the same mod was needed previously.
Further testing just to see if it was a joke, because I enjoy seeing your face (I’m all about immersion), but it’s not worth breaking anything.
It's fine if you use a mod to tweak arrows too, AGO allows for you to manually adjust where the arrows go your self. There is a dedicated mod for it too, btu AGO adds some really cool animations as well. I recommend you check that stuff out before you get rid if it.
You're welcome, but I'm satisfied with the standard behavior of vanilla arrows. Keeping things simple helps avoid any complications.
