I upgraded my system a year ago with an Intel Wi-Fi and Bluetooth chip on the motherboard. It worked fine initially, and Windows installed the latest drivers. Now, the Wi-Fi indicator appears but Bluetooth is missing—Device Manager doesn’t list it, and Troubleshoot says no Bluetooth detected. What should I try next?

I updated the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers again, but I’m still facing issues with Bluetooth.

Have you attempted to install the drivers for this Intel wireless card? I faced a comparable problem; once I downloaded the drivers from the Intel site and restarted my device, things normalized. Consider trying the Intel wireless card drivers. Link: Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200

I also attempted to install the drivers from Intel, but I’ll give it another shot and check for improvements.
