I don’t have another operating system set up, but based on what you tried, it seems Windows 11 might be the cause of these problems. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues with version 11.
Are there any available spaces on your storage? If yes, test it across various operating systems.

Have you attempted to remove the VRM and verify if a spare M.2 (Type E) slot exists? The manual mentions a wireless/M.2_WIFI1 socket with an E key on page 15, but I’m puzzled why it’s missing from the "Overview of Components" section on page 25. It might be that the socket or wireless card is located under the VRM heatsink.
