I didn’t check that area, and I believe taking off the heat sink might be beyond my skills.

No problem, the Wi-Fi is functioning properly; the issue is with Bluetooth.

Yes, it's feasible to turn off Bluetooth as well. In the task bar, check for a Bluetooth icon—if present, click it. If it appears gray, interact with it to see if it changes to blue.

So in the action centre on the taskbar bluetooth is not there. There is no little bluetooth icon on the taskbar either. And when i go into Settings to try and pair a device or turn it on it just says to look for new drivers or my pc doesn’t have it when yesterday it did.
