Windows 8.1 doesn't start? Need assistance.
I've been experiencing frequent blue screens lately, mainly related to memory management. Today alone I've had five or more. The issue started when I was using Google Chrome and it displayed "He's dead Jimmy" along with other messages that wouldn't stop. After a restart, I encountered quick blue screens and a restart loop. Eventually, after several loops, the system showed a message saying Windows couldn't start. I attempted to restart, but sometimes it just goes black after a post. Now I'm on a recovery screen with options like "See advanced repair options" or "ND Restart my pc." When trying to boot in normal mode, it forces a restart. Please help me resolve this.
It seems like a virus is affecting the system. If unexpected messages appear, simply reinstall Windows and it should resolve the issue. When blue screens appear, it’s usually a sign that reinstallation is necessary.
Check if you know how to format a PC to eliminate a virus—you’ll have to wipe everything and create a backup of the files you need. It seems you’re not used to formatting, so try downloading Malwarebytes, install it, run the scanner, and then reinstall it.
Are you receiving this message? Yes, it seems like you're running low on RAM. Try pressing CTRL + SHIFT + ESC to open the Task Manager, then go to PROCESSES and check which program is using the most memory. Take a screenshot.
