I faced a frustrating issue with Origin. I purchased Crysis on Steam a few years back, but it wasn’t available directly from Steam. I needed to add the game to my library by entering the key, yet it wouldn’t launch. I reached out to support, which directed me to an EA registration site. However, the response confirmed that server support had been discontinued long ago. Eventually, I had to obtain a cracked version of the game, which was a hassle. It felt like a letdown since I paid for a legitimate product.
I understand it wasn't my card either—it worked its way through the initial setup with the new account. That's frustrating.
