I face the same issue with the Ryzen 7 5800X, Asus ROG Strix B550F, and ASUS RTX 3060 OC 12 GB.

Current configuration: ROG crosshair VIII Dark hero x570 Ryzen 9 5950x Nvidia GeForce 2080 Ti 2x32GB, 3200MHz, Corsair Vengeance LPX, LX360, Windows 10 BIOS version 3601. Hard drives: Samsung SSDs and HDDs as listed. I’m not sure what to do. I’ve tried disabling C-state control, manually adjusting RAM and CPU power settings, and following advice from forums, but nothing works. My hardware seems fine—PC ran smoothly for about four days after installing the new CPU and motherboard. After leaving it on overnight, the issue appeared. Restarting fixed it initially, but problems returned after a few hours of inactivity. It’s really frustrating since it worked before and I haven’t found a solution yet.
