It seems like the game runs smoothly on your system, which is good. It’s normal for some games to use more resources than others. Have you noticed similar behavior with other titles?
I encounter similar problems in Wreckfest, which is really problematic in Rust. It's an internal engine that performs better than Unity. While Unity might be unoptimized, you could allocate more CPU or GPU resources, but it won't fully push performance and still only reaches around 80 FPS out of 144.
Updated, after spending the whole night gaming, I noticed the RAM clock made a big difference in improving FPS stability. I experienced fewer drops and stutters during play. The frame rate probably increased slightly in some cases, though not dramatically. It seems the CPU or GPU isn’t fully utilizing either core, possibly due to RAM causing delays. I’ll test a 3000mhz setting after work and see how it performs—I doubt these components will handle it without tricky timing issues that could cancel any gain.
