I was just teasing, but it seems the setup varied across machines. Did you use the identical graphics card or did each have a different one?
I've been handling the email support, but they respond very little—often just once a day, even after I reply quickly. Now they're pointing the blame at tools like Teamspeak to fix the problem. I don't even use it while playing, since I only play single-player.
I've already attempted that too. I also tried installing it and using Uplay instead of Steam.
