I really just need it fixed, but they can only do basic troubleshooting, nothing specific about the game or client.
It's tough to understand Ubi's point of view. The game runs perfectly on various platforms... what's the issue? Oh my goodness, you're in trouble?!
They need to provide you with another version since the current one isn't functioning.
I don’t care about what works for others, haha. I paid for this and all I need is basic support. The only solutions they offered were updating my drivers or reinstalling the game, which feels completely inadequate. And when I ask what’s wrong, I realize I’m not doing anything unusual—either the game key I got or the client isn’t functioning properly. It’s not my fault; it seems to be an issue with the key or the client itself.
