Gigabyte's Z490 Vision G (running 10700k) corsair TX750m https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/Categories...9020131-UK I am using my old PSU in my new build, but it only has a 8pin cpu, the psu has a 6+2 & 4+4 cpu written on one of the input's but does not have a cable listed as. Is this something i could buy a cable for, or should i get a new PSU? I also read the 4+4 is only for high end overclocking, but as i read this information is not for the 10th gen and i am worried due to these being power hungry, i am thinking i should prob be using the 4+4. Could someone with more experience on knowledge please advise.

The 4+4 fits into the 8-pin EPS port. This port supports about 320 to 350 watts. If you don’t plan to overclock the CPU, it won’t reach that limit. The processor will use only the power it requires.
