The performance stayed consistent again, settling around 20 frames per second. After updating the drivers, it returned to 60. I guess...

I've adjusted the presets and resolution settings; they are now active. I reduced everything as much as possible without noticeable change. For the screenshot, I pushed all limits, yet there was no difference. It seems you can't manually set VRAM in the game, can you? The lower right bar simply displays what your configuration is using. Around 6876MB appears sufficient for running the game at full 4K.
