the dell xps is behaving oddly lately it's booting up slowly and needs me to press the power button for several minutes before anything appears. performance is significantly reduced, task manager shows high cpu usage, and battery life has dropped to around two hours when working on documents or similar tasks with multiple tabs open. the machine was bought in summer 2020 with specs of an i7 1065g7, 16 gigs of 3733 mhz DDR4.
