I secured it as tightly as possible, attaching the noctua mounting system to the board and connecting it to the cooler bracket.

How much paste you applied is tricky—it’s tough to overdo it, yet simple to use just a bit.

Likely too much emphasis on X with a larger dot at its center.

If the pressure is correct, excess won’t cause an issue—it simply leaks past the edges (though this might still be an issue).

Initially, hwinfo64 displays system information. Then, adjust the cooler and reapply thermal paste. Check ambient temperature and case airflow.

It's possible the TIM under the IHS is weak or dried out, which isn't uncommon. A delid can still provide some benefit regardless. However, it tends to be more invasive.

Case airflow features a 120mm fan on the front and another 120mm fan at the back. Current temperature is 24 degrees Celsius, room temperature.

That's correct! It looks like something is off. Take a look at the side panel and verify the temperatures. Also, note that the screenshot doesn't display the temperature monitoring.

You're seeing a higher CPU core count because you're manually setting the BIOS and adjusting the core voltage. This can increase performance beyond what the default settings provide.
