Uncertain if the lag stems from the BIOS. Could test with an older GPU? Possibly outdated drivers aren’t helping on an HD 7730 from 12 years ago.

I've used it before with an RTX 3060 Ti because I wanted it as a benchmark, but I saw the performance drop so I switched to the HD 7730. It wasn't just about the GPU—testing both RX 550 and 560 also helped confirm that.

I added a plastic gap between the MMO but it didn’t change anything.

The metal nuts might cause unintended connections... It's recommended to employ approved fastening systems or avoid any metal components near the circuit board

I’m curious if your installation might have harmed the board or if the CPU is faulty—I don’t have other options right now.

Absolutely, it's possible the motherboard might be faulty. Yes, that's correct—I bought it from a used guy who seemed genuine, but after some time with the issue, he quickly confirmed it worked fine before selling it to me. However, I got it after moving into a new place and the previous owner left it untested. I'm planning to buy another CPU to verify if it functions properly, and if so, then the problem is likely the motherboard itself.
