I'm looking for some guidance. I began my first build using a b550m steel legend with a refurbished Ryzen 5 3500 from an OEM machine. I also have functional DDR4 3200mhz RAM. The issue is that when testing it outside the case, the CPU and RAM diagnostics are active, but the system fails to start. Would clearing CMOS help? I've been told my CPU is compatible. Also, I have a working 1660ti.
