The GPU usage is at 99%, but it's unclear whether Apex Legend is using it or another process. MSI Afterburner didn't display this information. He might want to check the Task Manager or use third-party tools such as Process Hacker or Process Explorer.

I changed to Task Manager several times, and before using Apex it was consuming about 97% GPU each time.
