I noticed recently that I was only utilizing four cores because msconfig set it to four with eight threads. After disabling the core count, it displayed eight cores and eight threads. In Ryzen Master SMT is turned off, but my BIOS indicates otherwise, and I've also turned on CPU virtualization. Could you offer any advice?

Not exactly, I constructed the project in December. I regularly refresh everything, and I checked all my Windows files yesterday with "sfc /scannow" and "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth".

I want to confirm these settings are active in BIOS: custom PBO curve for all core -30, PCI virtualization, deep sleep, fast boot off, and XMP profile on (64GB DDR5 6800 CL32).
P.S. I reset BIOS to defaults but the problem continued; also tried SMT off without success.

I built it with these specifications in December. I frequently update the software and firmware, and I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the chipset drivers without success.

What type of CPU cooler are you employing? I'm curious about whether it was over-tightened.
