And . . . avoid getting a 120 GB SSD. It's just too limited these days.

Deciding whether to overclock RAM, switch to an SSD, or upgrade RAM to dual channel 16GB with an HDD depends on your specific needs and system configuration. Consider each option carefully.

I only require consistent frame rate, I already have 50 to 60 but the stuttering and FPS drops are the problems.

Obtain a new ram. You can't increase the speed of your existing ram, and 8GB isn't sufficient.

But will the SSD resolve the delay? It's taking a long time to load now.

There are different opinions about SSD and RAM, but you just need to fix the lag in your PC.

You need a final decision on the order. Please consider 8 to 16 GB of RAM or an SSD at this time, since I’ll upgrade later when I have more funds. Thank you.

if you have extra funds later, consider getting a proper GPU as well.
the essential spec for PUBG is a GTX 960.
https://support.pubg.com/hc/en-us/articl...play-PUBG-
you're only using Vega 8 graphics, which isn't ideal for PUBG.
