My personal most impressive results:
https://valid.x86.fr/c0thwx
I overclocked my AMD Ryzen 5 2600 to 4.5ghz. It was only stable enough to run CPUz.
https://valid.x86.fr/nycgbu
Here is an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 at 4.35ghz
Here is my Ryzen 5 2600 Cinebench R20 score when at 4,3ghz. I couldn't get any further than this stable.

The voltage is a bit too high, but it's okay!

Under intense watercooling conditions, the process aims for peak overclocking. For regular use, slightly reduced settings are recommended: CPU 5200, AVX 5000, Cache 4800, operating at 1.350V.

3800x 4.5GHz all cores 1.4 volts second from top LLC IF 1900, 3800 CL14 1.5 volts.
https://www.3dmark.com/spy/9590855
Only bench because my system is gpu bound and I just need stock cores. If 1900 and 3800 CL15 are better for maximizing GPU performance, aiming for 4.4-4.45GHz seems a safer choice when needed.

I was just refining my OC's this morning. Still working on Fire Strike, but here are the bench numbers I've set up with my OC adjusted most of the time. I aimed to push every performance metric to its limit. CPU: 5.1GHz, GPU: +175 Clock | +1325 Memory Clock (8325MHz), RAM: OC to 3733MHz Command Rate 1. Benchmarks include Passmark, Time Spy, Superpostion, and Heaven at 4.0.

I think it's quite remarkable considering the small overclocking margin of Zen 2 CPUs. It seems the additional binning for the 3800x might be making a difference.

Nice. 5.1ghz is decent, but would you like to extract more performance from your CPU or encounter a thermal issue?
