It seems I surpassed the overclocking record by four times without using liquid helium—a budget AIO was enough Smile Are you aware of what’s happening here? Could there be a method to achieve the right settings? Is it a manufacturing issue or a BIOS glitch? I’ve already reached out to Asus and will follow up.

Are you certain this value isn't an incorrect measurement from the software?

Have you explored alternative monitoring tools? Check out HWinfo64, non-ROG cpu-Z, or other options. Let me know if you want more suggestions.

This result clearly indicates an error; consider using a different tool such as HWinfo64.

@Drama Lama @flo_306 confirmed using AIDA64, HWInfo, and AI suite 3 with normal CPU settings. All results displayed identical unusual figures. DRAM frequency reported at 9655.6 MHz, which seems unrealistic. @Moonzy updated the title to "apparently."

Looks like the bios might have incorrect details.

It looks like you're confirming something. It was shared twice to the latest update without any changes.

Occasionally issues arise with CPU-Z as well, which isn't uncommon. This update is new and while it's unlikely to be a glitch, it's something you can't entirely dismiss. Previous versions have had problems that wouldn't affect older software functioning properly.

Is the system a fresh installation? Could the existing chipset drivers be left in place despite the new OS? (This seems like a likely assumption based on the sparse details.)
