Are you aware of what’s happening here? Could there be a method to achieve the right settings? Is it a manufacturing issue or a BIOS glitch? I’ve already reached out to Asus and will follow up.
It seems I surpassed the overclocking record by four times without using liquid helium—a budget AIO was enough

Have you explored alternative monitoring tools? Check out HWinfo64, non-ROG cpu-Z, or other options. Let me know if you want more suggestions.
@Drama Lama @flo_306 confirmed using AIDA64, HWInfo, and AI suite 3 with normal CPU settings. All results displayed identical unusual figures. DRAM frequency reported at 9655.6 MHz, which seems unrealistic. @Moonzy updated the title to "apparently."
It looks like you're confirming something. It was shared twice to the latest update without any changes.
Occasionally issues arise with CPU-Z as well, which isn't uncommon. This update is new and while it's unlikely to be a glitch, it's something you can't entirely dismiss. Previous versions have had problems that wouldn't affect older software functioning properly.
