Yes, they confirmed it could be the RAM not supported by the board. I removed some chipset drivers because I couldn’t install a newer version through the Armory crate. Now the software displays N/A for the installed version, and I’m still unable to update them. I plan to fix that first before changing the RAM, since it offers strong overclocking potential. Thanks.
Thanks for your assistance. I'll attempt to update the chipset drivers as suggested by @ShrimpBrime before replacing the RAM, since Asus mentioned in their message that the issue might stem from the RAM type. We only support HX432C16FB3K2/32 and not /64, so I'll proceed with the switch if needed.
