I'm constantly sending a lot of things your way, but I also advised them to move the motherboard outside the case. It powered up.

Data pin short circuits aren't caused by overcurrent. A monitor won't shut down on its own, and it won't get any input. It's a huge waste of money. The importance of quality goes beyond just wattage. Quality is still crucial, unless you're choosing an extremely inefficient power supply. Efficiency differences between peak performance levels are only about 2 to 3 percent at full capacity. You're unlikely to recoup your investment by overspeccing a PSU for efficiency reasons throughout its lifespan.

I've experienced Ryzen systems failing to start because no keyboard was detected. If you disconnected everything except the power supplies and didn't plug in cables, it’s probably not a PSU problem under these conditions. -Disconnect all extra motherboard connectors such as front USB, I’ve noticed this with faulty ports. The power button header can be easily activated with a screwdriver. -Insufficient ground from the wall. Try using an outlet in another room, preferably not sharing the same circuit breaker. -Poor grounding inside the case. Disassemble carefully, placing the motherboard on a higher surface like its box, but watch out for the GTX 1650 popping out if the rear PCIe bracket isn’t free. I can suggest more options soon.
