I’m unsure, there’s no original packaging or receipt since it was a gift. I’ll just call and check if it’s still possible. If not, I’ll assume there’s another drive available.

Have you experimented with a different SATA connection and maybe turned off Fast Boot settings? Also, consider changing from AHCI to UEFI (or vice versa) to observe any differences.

I've tested various SATA cables, but fast boot remains turned off. I'm unsure about the steps to fix this issue.
