During the Windows upgrade process, you can reinstall your operating system and restore your storage settings, which should allow you to reconnect your HDD.

You can simply insert it post-installation and it will function immediately.

Check if Thai is suitable for you and whether you need to purchase Windows 10.

Yes, Windows will recognize your compatible hardware and suggest an upgrade if you possess a valid Windows 10 license. There are also several ways to move your license from one PC to another. It might be helpful to look into these methods before reinstalling Windows.

I'm not sure if that's correct, but a friend handled the window installation for me. I don't want to move from PC to KC; I just need to replace my old NVMe drive with a new one and require Windows on the new system.

Does the bottom left corner of your desktop display a watermark when activated? If not, it indicates a legitimate Windows license.

No problem, just follow the video and wait for the USB to be ready. Thanks again.
