You're welcome! Based on the video reference, yes, you should be able to keep it running smoothly at around 75°C with a 140W setting.

Some core loads could be considered; individual core tasks usually increase the demand because they aren't limited by power constraints and run at very high speeds with strong voltage.

No idea, but it seems unlikely it'll drop below 80c on stock for all core load my Dark Rock Pro 3. Keep in mind the side panel is open during stock settings (77-80c saturated load). Please reference the person you're responding to for confirmation.
