It means the temperatures stay mostly below 70°C, which some people find problematic. It might seem okay to you since it's not too hot, but others consider it undesirable.

Prime95 caused significant issues with temperature readings, even in the smallest FFT settings. R15 performed much better, making 80°C sufficient for my needs.

No, not exactly. Just run it three times if you want the same results as cinebench.

It's not great mainly due to the cost. It usually only reaches about $25 after being priced over $30 for some time now.

I’m not familiar with a lot about this topic. They say that combining the voltage and speed can affect temperature readings. To find out if something is going wrong, look for signs like unusual behavior or performance drops.

The process runs without a time cap—just operate for one hour. As someone who owns a 212 EVO, my Ryzen setup behaves like an AIO. After an hour of Prime95 at 4GHz overclock, I reach a max temperature of about 70°C.
