Only 3.5GB of memory is visible in Windows.
It's showing 6GB on two 4GB sticks, which is unusual. Usually this would happen with four 2GB sticks and one malfunctioning one. To check for memory problems, you could remove a stick, boot up, and verify it reports 4GB. Then swap the sticks and repeat. Also consider testing other RAM slots if available to eliminate other causes. Let me know if that helps!
The 'System' screen in Windows doesn't always display the precise amount. Storing a 4GB stick and stating 3.45 might be acceptable. Check Task Manager and check the performance section to confirm it shows around 4GB (or a similar value). You can also try using both sticks, as the System screen might be giving an inaccurate figure; Task Manager may then display a higher amount like 8GB.
I recommend reinstalling Windows 10 64-bit to fix potential issues and provide a clean starting point, especially if the system isn't utilizing the full 8GB. Regarding the RAM, could you clarify whether the sticks are identical or different?
You do know you can take screenshots with the Windows Snipping tool? What motherboard is that and what RAM is installed (manufacturer, model number)? I've also never seen Windows report hardware reserved as 0.0 PB (Petabyte)... makes me suspect something is either messed up with the installation or something is broken.
There appears to be an inconsistency when the system claims to use an IGPU while the OS shows zero MB of reserved memory. EDIT: If Windows is misinterpreting hardware reserved memory and displaying values in PB, this suggests a potential issue.
