I don't have Ethernet connectivity in certain areas. This model uses Intel dual-band wireless AC-8265.

It looks like the maximum speed for your Wi-Fi card is about 50 megabits per second. If you don’t upgrade your laptop, you won’t see much improvement in speed.

It's the router that's the issue. It only supports 867Mb/s and operates in half-duplex mode for Wi-Fi.
