Is your system using W11? Enabling FTPM plus W11 with Zen3 leads to minor stuttering. This problem is widespread, and it can be resolved by updating the BIOS to version 1.2.0.7.

Enable XMP or DOCP based on your motherboard. That’s not the main concern. It’s just an extremely poor unit. The AC side only provides 230V, which helps reduce input costs, and the DC side has weak voltage regulation and lacks essential safeguards like OTP. I think that addresses the problem.
I got significantly better performance with the unlocked version compared to the locked one, and the stuttering has reduced a bit.
