it's fine, the setup is working. the cooler has a 9 cm 3pin fan and only two heatpipes. at the end I went with the four heatpipe version, but it required manual adjustment of the fan speed. installing the bracket on my h61m-k was tricky due to limited space.

There seems to be no effective fix for the GTA 5 issue mentioned. The user tried signing in with the trial version of TunnelBear but found that using a VPN wasn't a solution. They are seeking further advice or alternatives.

It seems like the system is likely tweaking the fan speed according to CPU temperature. The fan slows down, temperatures increase, which makes the fan spin faster, leading to lower temperatures again, and so on. This pattern appears to be unique to GTA V. I recommend checking your game version and searching for similar issues online. Are you using a genuine copy of the game or a pirated one?

Yes, a larger CPU fan would likely fit.
