Both RAM sticks are detected and everything looks good with the drives. The CPU fan isn't blocked by dust, as I recently cleaned it, though I've observed some performance drops when the computer is idle. The fan would occasionally pause for a moment before resuming. This behavior hasn't been seen during heavy usage.
Drive H appears to be an HD Sentinel that doesn't show any data or information.
It's strange it appears as a volume with a drive letter, which would normally need space allocated for that. As long as it's unallocated space and not a separate physical drive that isn't detected, it should work. From a hardware standpoint, there don't seem to be any unusual issues affecting performance. It might be related to a driver problem. Consider following the advice from @dgsddfgdfhgs, roll back to a different driver version, and run DDU to uninstall current display drivers before installing new ones or an older version from Nvidia's site. Avoid letting Windows search for drivers automatically.
I'm installing the 26th November GeForce driver version. Also, check out the video below—it shows the strange CPU fan behavior I've been seeing lately. It slows down to almost a stop and then picks up again. InShot_20190215_123736706.mp4
not a major concern, but replacing it would help.
even with a 9cm fan, the temperature would improve significantly.
it's too loud when running at idle, acting more like a case fan (20-30%).
I obtained mine from Taobao, priced around $8.5 for the Antec C40 and $12 for the R7, similar items like Arctic Esport are also available.
