Your current setup is quite costly already. Just switch to an HX 1200 and you're done. That PSU could be the problem, and even next-gen GPUs will need a lot of power.

Consider optimizing the airflow by positioning the AIO at the front with a pull configuration, allowing components to be drawn through the radiator from the front of the case. Add an exhaust or outflow at the top and an intake at the bottom for better performance.
