Hey there, another quick question though, maybe even silly. So I bought this new laptop from a store for about 800 euros after that problem happened. Now I'm thinking of returning it because I can't find any other good ones at this price here locally. Should I grab a used one like the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro with a 6800h, 3070 GPU, and a 2K screen? The thing is that model used, weighs more, but I was looking for something decent, thin, and easy to carry. What would you recommend? Or should I wait? Maybe they will fix it, I don't know if this is weird af.

I will message them to check in. I'll visit their site and find a "contact us" button at the very bottom. I always prefer buying new things rather than used ones, so it makes no sense to reach out to that person. I'll just wait to see what they tell me.
