This might not be your model, but it looks a little buggy. Have you ran vantage to update?

Hey, I'm sorry to say this too. I do have the Vantage app, but there isn't an HZ choice in it right now, so I'm stuck without one.

Have you checked out the Lenovo forums and gotten a reply from them? If they don't know or can't help, tell them to do it!

I asked a bunch of people here online and they said to try calling Lenovo tech support directly. I am trying to find that number but I don't know how. Maybe the US service team will call me on WhatsApp soon or maybe I'll get something out of it. The problem is strange: browsing shows 120hz when i open a webpage, but when i go back to my desktop computer it goes down to 60hz again. I think I should just give this thing back to you so you can figure it out.

I just got another question about Vantage, and it keeps telling me to use an old version of the Intel Iris drivers. It told me what's already installed instead. To me, that looks like their computer doesn't get enough info or isn't working right. I might try downloading directly from Intel here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...ndows.html. The version 4953 is the newest one now.

I'm going to take out the old Intel GPU using DDU and put in another one. Then I'll tell you when that's done. It's really annoying how fast my browser and desktop go back to 60hz if I don't move a file, just like it happens with mathcad or word doc files.

I did not see your Lenovo post. If I hadn't, I wouldn't have told you to do it again. It's tough when apps behave differently on a computer screen than they do in my hands.

Still things are moving forward as usual, and there is no real change here. You can check the link on Imgur to see it yourself.

Are you using an extra monitor or just the laptop screen? I thought it was the extra one at first, but maybe that's not right. The specs say 1440p works on 60Hz for this laptop. But if you look closer at the actual driver settings, it might only show up as a 60hz monitor. This isn't the first time Lenovo had this same problem where they can't get a higher refresh rate. Windows 11 is also blamed sometimes for this.
