The responses indicate functionality starting from 2020 onward. Note the user has one graphics card with six HDMI outputs.

The 2019 release mentions removing one GPU and relying on built-in graphics, while the 2020 version switched to a Radeon card featuring six ports.

It seems Nvidia's built-in drivers don't support this kind of functionality. For an AMD configuration, it would function, but not for Nvidia.

Yes, you have two options: use open source drivers or revert to Windows.

This involves working with KVM/QEMU, allowing Linux and Windows coexistence while supporting multiple displays simultaneously. Feel free to ask for more details.

I attempted this by deleting the xorg.conf file and the xorg.conf.backup file after installing the latest NVIDIA drivers, then restarted my computer. It appears to be functioning properly now. Please note this method may work, but keep your original files as backups just in case.
