Installation issues encountered during a fresh Windows setup.
I might have gone too far. It's unclear what you're asking for. I created the boot drive with another device—a Windows 10 laptop I'm using right now. https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software.../windows10
You have another machine where you can recreate the Windows 10 USB drive. My advice was for single computers, where the drive is currently erased and the Windows 10 USB isn’t functioning. If you consider it, you should already have an OS installed, otherwise you won’t be able to use that computer.
I favor Rufus yet am confident it functions equally well. I’d attempt to clean the drive using the command prompt within the installation media options. This process erases all partition and drive settings from the storage device.
It once had a Windows 10 setup, but it’s been completely erased. I attempted it before, though it might not have gone through properly. I’ll retry now.
I don’t have a memory of installing Windows 10, but I can guide you through the process if you’d like.
They might not have needed to do it otherwise with the Windows installer.
