Just as Samsung once sold processors for iPhones, they could have maintained control to challenge Apple while protecting their own profits. In this scenario, executives focusing on game releases and timelines doesn't necessarily mean poor customer service; in fact, their handling of the situation was commendable.

There are no lies here. I was equally surprised. I checked my recent orders on Origin and saw the two games highlighted with a prominent green REFUND. It was unexpected how fast this occurred, so I assumed EA would be the worst.

I received several refunds from Amazon support because I couldn't cancel a purchase. The items were worth about $150, mainly games.
