Based on my observations, EA's customer service is often deceptive. I frequently receive free games from them.
Customer service matters, but spending ten years managing dev studios and constantly pushing rushed game updates is a different story. Also, it’s important to remember not to bring in non-gamers, scammers, or sexists into game development—they don’t help make great games, they just dilute the quality.
