When games do function correctly, they exhibit significant lag. Occasionally, pop-up error messages appear indicating insufficient memory, or suggesting an outdated graphics card, though sometimes no message appears at all before the entire PC shuts down. When I initially purchased this system from Best Buy, a sales representative assured me that 8 GB of RAM would be sufficient, given my occasional streaming activities. Despite this information, games still crash even when only one application is running. I've contacted ibuypower support and was on hold for two hours, only to be informed that they can only provide assistance if the system is returned. Furthermore, Best Buy intends to charge me for diagnostic services. This situation has been incredibly irritating. I've attempted troubleshooting by updating Windows and my drivers, but the issues persist—I simply want to determine the root cause without resorting to reinstalling my operating system or sending the computer back to ibuypower.
