If you indicated that you obtained it “discounted,” was it genuinely a brand-new item in its original packaging, or was it a returned, remanufactured, or used product?
If it was “new,” you should still have coverage under the manufacturer’s warranty, or at a minimum, retain a 15-day return policy with Best Buy. -Wolf sends
It was completely untouched and unopened, still inside its packaging.
