You don't really need to reinstall Windows because it's on a separate drive. You can back up the "D:" drive to Google Drive and clear all partitions there. However, some programs will still need to be reinstalled. If you were in my shoes, I'd just skip it. The space available isn't huge.

When examining the picture, it indicates that disk 1 operates dynamically rather than being basic. Apologies for the confusion—I meant to clarify that it's disk 1.

Also, if I right click on D: there is an option that says Reactivate Volume, but it is grayed out so that I can't click it. This option is not on the other Volumes.
