I made a small mistake with my drives, can you assist?
I was feeling bored and chose to split my hard drive and install Ubuntu, but things didn’t go as planned. It generated additional partitions, leaving me confused. I just need it—my SSD should hold the operating system and the HDD for other stuff. Can you assist? Here’s the image you shared: http://imgur.com/a/5EHZm. You mentioned wanting to recover the 94 GB unallocated space back onto drive D, and you’re unsure why that partition is green. Help would be great!
The current contents of drive "D:" are not specified in the provided information.
Several applications alongside my games and the majority of my additional materials—such as documents, videos, and photos—
I completely missed noting that I originally split the drive into a 50GB Ubuntu partition, but later the installer re-partitioned it. I should have paid closer attention. After realizing the mistake, I deleted the newly created partition, which left an unallocated space alongside the 50GB one in the installer. Can I simply reinstall that unallocated area using D?
If there is stuff on the "D:" drive, you may not be able to. I have had issues doing this. It could lead to data loss.
I can organize key details on D: I have 10 TB free via Google Drive at school, and I could reinstall Windows if needed.
