Hmm, what's the point of putting Windows on a drive that already has Windows? Have you ever installed Windows on a computer before? Make sure your BIOS is updated. Pick your USB stick as the boot option. Start installation from there and format the SSD if needed. If you hit a snag, tell me exactly where things go wrong. And if the seller mentioned problems during setup, it probably wasn't a good idea to buy it then.
